Quincy Apartment Review

Honestly no, I would not recommend living here. There is rarely parking near your apartment if you show up after 5:00 so be prepared to walk from the opposite side of the complex. You can hear people from three floors below you, dogs barking constantly, loud music, people screaming- obviously this comes with shared living, but no one does anything about your noise complaints unless you complain repetitively for weeks. Packages get stolen out of your locker, passcodes aren't provided to retrieve packages so be prepared to have to get someone in the office to meet you at the mailbox anytime you need to retrieve a package (also, be prepared to dig through hundreds of packages- the mail room is a joke). Overall, if you want issues with parking, packages being stolen, and hearing your neighbors at odd hours, oh and don't forget the cars that race by and rev their cars all day everyday down the roads. Also, be prepared for the amenities to be broken or swarmed with unsupervised children who run around breaking things. Lastly, be prepared to never have a chair open at the pool and for the pool to be closed mostly during the summer because of the recklessness and/or "maintenance" required. Look elsewhere!

Everything and everyone so amazing! Property is clean, well kept. The neighbors are friendly. The staff was very helpful. Amenities are well kept and nice. So far no complaints.
