Parking needs to be fixed, the amenities or amenity i should say was only open for half of the time it couod have been (the pool), i would love if there was an onsite gym.

They don't control the noise level in their complex. The police have been called hundreds of times to this location. If you want to get a decent night's sleep to do well in school, this is not the place. No care. No control. Very frustrating.

I have lived at The Haven for 3 years now and I am so glad that I did! With any new housing complex there are bumps in the road, but The Haven has always tried to evaluate and fix them as soon as they can. The property managers have always been so kind and truly want each resident to love living there. One of the biggest downsides is that you have to make a U-turn to get into the complex, but it’s not that bad. When the residents complained about different things, management came up with ways to fix them like getting a trash pickup service, redoing the parking lot, and putting poles with bags and trash cans for dogs. I have loved living here and Nicole, the property manger is on top of it, caring, and considerate. She understood that this was student housing and issues would arise, but she always handled it in the best way possible for all parties involved.
