Living at MAA Shiloh

As my Lease is coming to an end, I figured I would leave a review regarding my satisfaction with living here. I truly have no REAL complaints. It's quiet, parking is always available, and the location is phenomenal (in the heart of Kennesaw, within 10 minutes of pretty much anything you need.) I can't recommend this place enough! The maintenance team has exceeded my expectations. My washer came off track, I submitted a work order, expecting a response within maybe 2-3 days... it was fixed, working like new by the time I got home that night, AND they replaced my air filter while there!

Great place to live, amazing staff

Leasing staff is top notch. THe (very few) times I’ve had a problem they have been super attentive and swift to act. Maintenance staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Location is perfect and the apartment floorplans are specious and great for entertaining.
