## Current Tenant Perspective — Beautiful Apartments, but Significant Issues Behind the Scenes I am a current tenant who has lived here for over a year. I’ve genuinely tried to enjoy living here, but I feel prospective residents deserve to hear about the experience beyond a property tour. While the apartments and community are beautiful, there are significant issues behind the scenes. One frustration is the lack of practical dog waste stations throughout the property. I regularly see what appears to be days- or weeks-old dog waste in common areas. Adding or relocating a station would seem like a simple improvement. I do want to recognize Paris and Jonathan from maintenance (I hope I have their names correct). They do a wonderful job, and I appreciate their work. **My biggest concern, however, is communication from the leasing office.** I have experienced what I consider consistently rude and dismissive communication through both email and phone. This is not limited to one interaction. I recently contacted the corporate office to file a formal complaint and was told the regional manager would contact me. Nearly a month later, I still have not heard anything. The complaint involved a conversation with Joseph regarding the dog waste stations. I made **one suggestion**: adding another station or moving one to the other side of the building. I was asked, “How many stations do you need?” in a tone I found extremely rude and inappropriate. Written reviews cannot capture tone, but the interaction was genuinely surprising. I also find the apparent turnover in the leasing office concerning. It seems like there is frequently a new person, which can make communication and consistency frustrating. Additionally, I have never experienced a community that sends lease violation notices and community-wide violation emails with such frequency. I am not referring to violations involving my own apartment. I understand rules need to be enforced. But its almost like they have a quota.

Deliveries will not arrive, Mail will be sent to their sister complex, maintenance doesnt resolve issues well, appliances are not luxury, walls are paper thin, leasing office staff not helpful, valet trash not always completed, they will charge fees for anything they can chatge you for.

The apartments are very nice, in a quiet area and awesome amenities. The staff in the front office could be better. They do not answer emails or the phone as often as you may like. If you leave a voicemail they do not get back to. you just have to call them again or go up to the office. Maintenance takes forever to come unless you go to the office and remind them to remind maintenance. Monica is the best office worker!

I love this property so much, and the staff have been incredible. But, I am not in my 20s. Stupidly (all on me), I selected an apartment close to my building’s entrance/exit doors. I thought it would be easier to take my dog out.????? Instead, both he and I hear EVERY resident/visitor using the stairs and opening the building doors — all night long. July 4th was a nightmare. I hate to post a negative review because it’s really a super nice property and the management team has been so great. But, the builders flunked on soundproofing these apartments. I’ve lived in many. None have made me want to yell at my neighbors who are just coming in the building or climbing the stairs. I would ask for a different apartment, but I just can’t move my stuff again. I’ll either adjust or move again at the end of my lease. Anyhoo . . . Move here. Just ask for an apartment away from doors and stairs!
