Decline
The neighborhood has declined since I have been here. The only reason we are still here is because of the prices. The staff has changed and can be a little rude.

Been here for 3 years. Good experience I liked it when the other maintenance guy was here. He was on it when we needed things fixed

I've been living here for about 3 years now and it's been good to me, I don't have problems out of my neighbor's and its a gated community, super quiet.
Dissatisfied
Since being here this place has declined so fast. Being woken up in the middle of the night from people arguing or running up and down the stairs. If you make a complaint no one follows up with you it’s as if it’s not a big deal. People pay so much money to live here there should be more consideration and more compassion from the staff. Water, staff and trash companies change so often it’s hard to keep up. If I get the opportunity break my lease I will do so with no hesitation and won’t look back. I regret renewing my lease with this heritage at river stone.
