Heritage Apartments
Overall, our stay here has been pleasant. We’ve been here since February 2021 in our 2BR 2BA apartment. Our apartment was renovated prior to us moving in so its nice and to our liking, it has a big island which I love. It’s just my husband and I so it’s plenty of room for us both. The location is convenient and close to both of our jobs. I love the wooded view, it is one of our favorite things about this apartment. That and the creek. Every now and then we have basic apartment maintenance that needs attention to, so we submit a request. Everyone is nice and responsive. We’ve utilized the pool and gym a few times, as well as the car wash. Honestly, I can’t complain.

The neighborhood has declined since I have been here. The only reason we are still here is because of the prices. The staff has changed and can be a little rude.
