First of all, the staff is amazing! The dynamic leadership of Jessica, Jalen and Kelly has made living at the Reserve at North River a pleasant three year experience. The amenities are nice, especially the gym. It has just the right equipment. If you enjoy the outdoors, the circumference of the complex affords opportunity to walk or run. Spring and summer is a great time to experience the pool area, which is also nice! There are two issues I experienced while residing at the Reserve: (1) The company implemented a “mandatory” $30 per month trash pickup service, which does not provide an “opt-out” option. The best advice that I can provide is to rent a third floor apartment, if you do not want to hear the tenants who live above you or their child walking or running back and forth. All in all, the residents in this community are amazingly friendly! The location is conveniently located near Publix grocery store and several restaurants, banks, and gas stations. If you are looking for a nearby, Church of the Highlands Tuscaloosa campus is located only 1.5 miles up the street.
