Great complex and staff, but overpriced, and lacks amenities

Great apartment complex, great location (if prefer being away from noise and activity), but the rent is too high( steadily increases yearly, even if you've been there multiple years), not enough parking spaces, and lacking amenities. A pool doesn't really shouldn't be the selling point of amenities.
