not as clean as in past

over 10 years living in same apartment. Not as clean as it used to be, Grounds not as well maintained, Staff used to be kind and helpful, now rude. Loud cars, music, grills in use, many safety measures not enforced as they were in the past. Maintenance is currently a 10, and has always been excellent.

This complex desperately needs updating. It is pretty well maintained but old and outdated. A bathroom for use at the pool is much needed. A fitness center would be nice as well.
