I lived here for nearly 2 years and the entire time was great. I never had any issues with neighbors, the amenities are regularly cleaned and kept in good condition for use, there is always more than enough parking, the area is nice and quiet, the location is very close to campus and downtown Tuscaloosa, and my unit was in perfect condition upon move in. I would highly recommend living here to anyone able to do so!

I have been living here at French Quarter for 5 years now and it has been the best place to live. I like living here because not only is it close to town, it is close to campus. The manager is one of the best I have ever dealt with.

I've lived here for two years and it's been nothing but wonderful. Management is polite and respectful and always quick to fix any issues that come up, there is more than enough parking, the pool and gym are very well maintained, the neighbors are all friendly and it's even a convenient location for the city of Tuscaloosa. I'll be here for a while!
