No pets larger than 80 pounds at maturity may be kept in any apartment. No puppies or kittens are ever allowed, any dog less than a year old is considered a puppy and a cat less than a year old a kitten.            2. No other animals. Only dogs, cats, birds, and fish are allowed.  NO REPTILES, AMPHIBIANS, DANGEROUS, HARMFUL OR POISONOUS ANIMALS ARE ALLOWED. Tenant agrees that no additional or different pets will occupy the premises, even temporarily 3. Leashes, Cages, Etc. I live in #202 at Dockside and the lady above me stomps all hours of the night moving furniture etc, its been annoying, I have turned her in three times and Sealy did nothing about it. Those apartments need subflooring to reduce noise. I am moving out for that reason when my lease ends in august. Overpriced for the space as well.
