I lived here for 8 years definitely longer than I planned to. Its the best apartment building in town far as I'm concerned. Love the covered parking, and can't live without in unit washer and dryer.

Just moved here and I really like the environment and how it operates. Connor Woodruff was extremely helpful and made my move in process so easy and he was very willing to help! Great staff. The building looks like it's well managed and maintained.

Mixed reviews....housekeeping just fair. Lots of manager changes. Maitenance requests are done well but take longer to happen. Location is great. Parking is great. Most neighbors are courteous....some are not. Making guests take cartons to lower parking deck is silly...just an inconvenience - not a real money saver.
