On Management

I have lived here for two years now, and I have to say I have been impressed by the quality of the management. Our property manager is on site every weekday and is on top of everything, always making sure the property is kept looking nice and any concerns are promptly addressed.

Small apartment but great stepping stone

Pretty good place to live. Small apartment that needs some updating but overall for the value can't complain. Plus I'm smack right in the middle of town and everything's accessible.

Pretty comfortable spot for a one bedroom.

For the price point it's fine however it would be nice if they could update the cabinets. They've been painted so many times and they're sagging. Pretty spacious one bedroom apartment. It's not gigantic but it's by no means super small. Also updating the plumbing between the kitchen and the bathroom would be nice because of the smell. But like I said for the price point you can't really complain.
