Never had a problem with the staff. They're good at resolving maintenance issues. The apartment is small and at the price point is about what you would expect. Overall I've been very happy here. I do feel like the price point is a little high considering it's high everywhere. I think if they want to continue charging the amount and rent they should update some of the cabinetry.

If they keep going up on the the lease they need to update the cabinets, bathroom and appliances. Other than that for the size its comfortable.

I have lived here for two years now, and I have to say I have been impressed by the quality of the management. Our property manager is on site every weekday and is on top of everything, always making sure the property is kept looking nice and any concerns are promptly addressed.

Pretty good place to live. Small apartment that needs some updating but overall for the value can't complain. Plus I'm smack right in the middle of town and everything's accessible.
