It's been a fine place to live. Sure there have been a couple things that make me grumpy, like the fact that they halved the amount of washer and dryers in the laundry room. However that was to make way for the gym area. The parking isn't great but honestly it's east nahville. The parking won't be great. All in all I would say this place is worth living in for A year.

I have lived here for 15 years. The apartments have been well kept even with the different management changes during the years. I like the location and that it is a peaceful place.

Office is very friendly and personable. They get back to you in a timely manner. Maintenance is great. Id recommend living here to any of my friends.

This is one of the best places I have lived. The area is nice and surrounded by a lot of shopping centers and service stations. Lots of things for the kids to do and. Very quiet and convenient, I am just absolutely in love with this new place I call home. The kids love it to it’s a win win !!!

The apartment is nice, clean, well-sized and the gated entry is a nice bonus for extra security. I would highly recommend this apartment if you're moving to the Memphis area.

I have lived at City Place for a year. I previously had bad experiences with renting, but I can actually say that I am happy to be a resident here! The property is well-kept with great amenities, and staff are attentive and respond to requests promptly. I love the design of my apartment, and I will definitely renew!

Crosstown is a very nice and fun place to live love it here

I have absolutely loved living here. It is so convenient, a great community, and very safe. You can tell that they are very dedicated to the renters, and have been making tons of changes even in the year I have been here to make sure that people are happy and comfortable.

Everything about Legacy Farms has been outstanding for me My roommate and I are in love with our apartment. Everyone in the front office has been great and helpful every time my roommate or I needed something. Highly recommended.

coming upon 3 years. The apartments have seen better days. Its not well kept or maintained. Building need gutters replacing and vinyl siding is disgusting. mold covering entire stair case, and back building being ignore entirly! NOISE is a PROBLEM!!! Kids outside at really late,and really early mornings. NO PARKING due to multiple extra parked cars. I was givin a broke refridge when I transfer apartments and STILL have not had it adressed or changed out. Thats a really long back order.

Convenient location, close to the medical district. Very quiet neighborhood. Maintenance is always acting and responding very quickly.

Tearing up property & leaving trash from eaten food in breezeway.Outside in storms cursing at adults if you ask them to leave being rude and disrespectful.Hang out playing in breezeway bouncing balls still in groups not at their apt ...Yours constant noise no peace at all

This is a very nice apartment place to live, the residents are nice and it is quiet over here in the 1600 building. Actually the whole complex is quiet. The staff is very nice and friendly. Everyone is nice and the complex is kept nice and clean.

The Flats on Water's Edge is a great apartment complex. I will definetly be renewing. Right off the lake is the perfect location

I have lived here only briefly, but I already love the many amenities. It is near the Green Line walking trails, Collierville Mall, and wonderful shops.

The Edge of Germantown is in a great location and the units are well sized. We had a 2 bedroom with fireplace. Anytime there was an issue the office staff and maintenance were quickly there. In the years I have rented there has never been an office staff as friendly, understanding and helpful. Janice, Shelby and Gabby get our special appreciation.

We have lived here for over 2.5 years. Nicole and the the rest of the staff are second to none. The maintenance team are just the same. You send in a request for maintenance and they are on it fast. The grounds are well kept and the pool area is awesome. You are 10 to 15 minutes to anywhere in Chattanooga, Ooltewah, Hixson, Ringgold or Fort O. You can't find a better place to to call home

It's been 3+ years I'm staying at Shallowford. Friendly staff and excellent maintenance people. Had no issues so far. The gym place is pretty neat. Also, this place is at a walkable distance to YMCA.

Great rooftop common space!
