Review of Parcels at Concourse
I have loved living at the Parcels. I have found my neighbors to be friendly and reasonable with their noise. Maintenance and the leasing team have been proactive in maintaining the quality of our living spaces so there has been very little action needed on my end. I don't have much that I can find to truly complain about and that is a rare thing to be able to say about an apartment complex.

Great place to live but at a high price
Crosstown is a fun place to live, but the cost tag doesn't quite match the quality of apartments available. The appliances are old and the price per sqft is high, plus all the shops in the concourse are over priced

I've lived at Crosstown Concourse for 3 years. It's great to live in a building with a number of restaurants and businesses on the bottom levels.
