Affordable apt in a great town. Good schools and ahopping nwa4by. Close drive to downtown nashville. Staff is friendly. Apts need updating, and complex needs pet area with garbage cans. Dogs are allowed but shouldnt have more than 1, people here have multiple

The staff is decent. My biggest issue with living here is constant flooding from upstairs. I haven’t been here for two months and have experienced 5 flooding issues. Praying that this gets resolved.

I don't have a good rating for you right now because my maintenance was neglected for several months and you have raised my rent 20% with 2 weeks notice!
