I have lived in this complex for half a year now! The staff are friendly and fix any concerns I may have! There is little to no noise during the night and the traffic throughout the day is very mild!

Great apartment complex! Parking can be tight on spaces depending on your area of the complex, but you can pay to get a reserved spot if needed. Maintenance is always quick to respond to any issues. I’ve NEVER seen a complex update important items after EACH moveout to ensure a quality apartment for the next renter, like they do. Its amazing to see. Neighbors are respectful and quiet. They have a great gazebo and cute common areas for summer time. Office staff is always friendly and helpful.

I would love move there and I have a voucher my in is $1,642 but the lady said I'm not qualified

I am a long time tenant of five years. Almost 6 years. Everything is within walking distance. Grocery stores. The Farmers Market.

I love my apartment, its very spacious. Everything is updated & i love the community i live at. I have nothing bad fo say about Chapel Ridge!

This is a very nice apartment place to live, the residents are nice and it is quiet over here in the 1600 building. Actually the whole complex is quiet. The staff is very nice and friendly. Everyone is nice and the complex is kept nice and clean.

The Flats on Water's Edge is a great apartment complex. I will definetly be renewing. Right off the lake is the perfect location

It's been a fine place to live. Sure there have been a couple things that make me grumpy, like the fact that they halved the amount of washer and dryers in the laundry room. However that was to make way for the gym area. The parking isn't great but honestly it's east nahville. The parking won't be great. All in all I would say this place is worth living in for A year.

This apartment complex in East Nashville is the sort that looks good in pictures or a tour, but reveals its true colors once you've lived here a while. The units were clearly renovated on the cheap and many fixtures are not properly installed. The bathroom faucets are affixed to the sink unit using wood glue instead of via a tightened nut meaning that they're both easy to break and difficult to repair. the cabinetry was installed using shorter than necessary screws requiring you to be extra gentle for fear of damaging them. The dish washers are inexpensive and front heavy leading to them tilting forwards if you dont keep a hand on them while they are open. The mail room has no enforcement leading to a culture of fear that your packages might be taken by another tenant or perhaps just a random passerby. The wiring for internet clearly hasn't been updated in a very very long time as ISPs only offer their slowest bandwidth packages to this property. The parking lot has far too few parking spots for the number of occupied units with seemingly little interest from the property managers to address what is a clear issue. In summation, these apartments are livable but mildly overpriced for how flimsy the renovation process on them was. You live here because you have to, not because you particularly want to.

I haven’t moved in yet

coming upon 3 years. The apartments have seen better days. Its not well kept or maintained. Building need gutters replacing and vinyl siding is disgusting. mold covering entire stair case, and back building being ignore entirly! NOISE is a PROBLEM!!! Kids outside at really late,and really early mornings. NO PARKING due to multiple extra parked cars. I was givin a broke refridge when I transfer apartments and STILL have not had it adressed or changed out. Thats a really long back order.
