Maintenancer team are not engaging with the task. They do not look at what needs to be dug into. They simply look at what is visually there and do not view what needs to be done. There was a pipe leak where it is only held by adhesive, mind you there is no threading on the pipe. They looked went into the apartment and left. They wrote on the completion notes that they tightened and saw no leak. There’s nothing to tighten. As for the pest control, I have never seen them. I do work during the day so I can understand why I may have never came across them but there are so many ants, there are ant hills everywhere. I don’t believe they are doing what needs to be done.
