Great place to Live

I've always been able to find parking, the location is great, the amenities are good even though I don't use them often, the staff is kind and respo sick. The .maintenance team is efficient, but sometimes they leave old filters and clothes after they've finished. But overall very pleasant place. I've never had a problem or noise complaint with my neighbors and everyone's friendly although a little quiet

Much better than owning a home !!

We have been here for 5 months so far and it sure has been AMAZING !! Katrina ,Catherine and Katie are very friendly and a very welcoming team EVERY DAY !! We watch the GREAT maintenence team of Danny, Jerry and Tony keep the place in perfect shape everyday…there is never moss growing under their feet as they are ALWAYS helping the residents . We are very glad that we call call The Reserve at Johnson City our HOME !! We look forward to the monthly parties that the office team supplies….from pizza parties , chili dinners and this month a bbq dinner……this definately is ….THE RESORT LIFE !!! ??

Great place to live

I've lived at the Reserve for over a year now, and I have had a great experience. My neighbors a great and not noisy at all, everything I need is usually less than a 5 min drive away. Living next to the freeway makes for a great commute to work. And my apartment comes with a washing machine! The only ting is, you do have to pay for the convenience, so my 1 bedroom is a little pricey, but other than that, I've had a great time.
