I've been living here for almost a year now and I have had a great experience so far. I've had no noise complaints or issues with staff or maintenance. They give timely written notices about when they will be entering my apartment for maintenance so I'm not caught off guard. The only complaint I have is the rather expensive rent for a 1 bedroom however, I do have plenty of space as well as a washer and dryer.
