"Living at the Trails Apartments"

I love living here at the Trails Apartments. I have lived in the Trails Apartments since 2008. History was in the making and 'Barak Obama' was about to be elected for president of the United States. I also lived here during the Pandemic in 2020. The front desk customer service agents accommodated me when I asked them to give me a location near the from of the office. I moved in this community because it was close to my job and the Trails is located right by the interstate. (15-20 minutes from most places in the city) The Trails Apartments is not perfect in everything that residents requests for but, I can only speak for me. With the large volume of residents that they accommodate, they do a great job overall. The manager will sit down and talk to you about any concerns that you have and find a workable solution. (Believe me, we have had many conversations) I have lived in other complexes where they won't even let you talk to the manager and she/he didn't return your phone calls. The amenities that are included in my apartment are what got my attention. The living room in my one bedroom is large. I can have a living room space and a mini office that accommodates me perfectly. I love the small foyer entrance as I walk in the door. In my living room their is also a fireplace that I use every winter

Just not worth it

The trails are good for a start up but you will spend More than they’re worth. Lots of fees . Patch up work. The amenities offered dont work or hove much access. Trash pickup is ridiculous ..they dont pressure wash the building so it gets really nasty. Just wish they would do better

I just want to start by saying the Manager, Shamika was a complete gem to work with. She’s most informative, professional and courteous in every way. The most positive interaction I’ve ever experienced in quite sometime. Five stars for this young woman.

Great Community

I'm about to renew my lease. This will be the 6th year!! Clean and quiet. I have no major maintenance issues. But if I need them they're pretty prompt with solutions. Mrs. Chermika in the main office is great!!!! She's very professional and understanding. I highly recommend living here if you're looking.
