Lack of response.

The maintenance department is slow in responding. I have been a resident for a while, when signing my new lease i asked that the ceiling leak in the half bathroom be repaired. No response and not has happened. I asked that the buckling carpet be addressed again not has happened. The HVAC unit is to small for my townhome, i

Amenities

A lot of the amenities that were advertised for move do not work or we can not use . some of the main equipment for the gym does not function which makes it useless. You have to purchase a card to do laundry but they haven’t been refilled which makes it useless . The tennis and volley ball court look abandoned . It would be nice to use the things that were sold in the initial signing of the lease

Ask for ms Lily

I highly recommend you as for miss lily as your leasing agent if you plan to apply at the trails and want someone who cares about her people and making sure it is a smooth process. Even if you go for a tour I would ask for her. Really impressed with her customer service and knowledge on the process of moving.
