What others love about this property:
Great place to live for young families, young professionals
I've lived here for two months now, and I find this to be a great place for young professionals, especially being close to the highway and restaurants, grocery, etc. However, there is not a great sense of community here, and the walkability is not good. You have to use a car to get around (there aren't even sidewalks in front of where I live). The staff is okay to work with but have fallen short a couple of times in helping us with things like maintenance requests (get used to using an online portal almost exclusively). Rent is overpriced and there are a lot of fees that they weren't very clear about originally, so expect to be paying an additional 150 in addition to rent and utilities.
Love living here
I love living here. The location is ideal, the property is kept up well, the office and maintenance staff are excellent and you can’t beat the price.
Good for the money
If you are looking for a convenient place to live that doesn't cost an arm and leg this place fits the bill. Late night parking is terrible. But management is trying their best to work on it. Laundry room needs lot of maintenance and an update on it would be great. For the money this place isn't bad.
