Been resident eleven tears. Would like my apartment painted and new kitchen floor because is very worn. Locks on doors. The carpet in front landing us due to be replaced. Staff is nice and efficent. Parking is issue sometimes but rare. I am centrally located formy lifestyle.

I stayed in Magnolia for almost 8 months. I had a great time there. I really enjoyed it. I had to move due to a job change otherwise I would never leave. If someday I have the opportunity to go back to live in Memphis, definitely Magnolia will be my first choice.
