I have been living in Masseline for 3 years. The location is great and the property is perfect. Close to everywhere!. Very recommended to live here.

This is a very intimate community with attention to our needs and experiences. Right off of Wilshire and close to all these delicious restaurants within walking distance(5-10mins).

Location couldn't be better. Just steps away from every conceivable need: groceries, restaurants, hardware, park, library, pharmacies and entertainment abound! Unfortunately so does noise, both from the street and one's neighbors. And finding parking for friends and family can be nearly impossible. For nonsmokers, the presence of secondhand smoke from neighbors is a real nuisance, as is the dog urine and poop on the surrounding sidewalks. Amenities such as pool and gym are great, but laundry rooms need improvement and it would be nice if free cable Internet and TV were offered. Currently pool gym and community room are closed due to COVID-19, making office staff harder to reach. Maintenance staff are superb -- they do their utmost to keep the old buildings functioning.
Only recently moved in but incredibly happy with the management and the overall value/neighborhood/finishes of the building and my apartment.

Great Building except for constant fixes to electrical and service elevator being out for one year
The freight elevator has been out of service for months. I don't think they plan to repair it.
Please correct my rent amount, it is showing a wrong number
The utilities are nearly $300 A MONTH. This is an apartment, not a condo; we shouldn't be paying HOA fees. Management doesn't answer emails or phone calls nor works on-site.

Location, parking, amenities are all great here; staff / maintenance is pretty good about getting back to you on a timely manner if you need anything. Only con to living here is the walls aren't very soundproof and people have a habit of blasting music loudly; the neighborhood is quite loud too with continuous construction.

Apartment is not handicap friendly. There should be a trash shoot and parking spots should not be in front of entrance/exits in parking garage.

I have lived here for a year and this apartment is newly built. Staff are nice and patient and I think there could be more improvements on parking and management of trash room
