I have had several maintenance issues since moving in about a year and half ago. Both maintenance techs were polite, efficient, and always took care of the problem. However I have dealt with Michelle the last few times and want to evaluate her at the highest level possible. She is quite knowledgeable about electricity, plumbing and anything else needed. She is the best!!!!!
Great place great neighborhood i woukd love for anyone to stay here

Having to manage this large community is not an easy task. I’m sure it isn’t always easy dealing with all the different personalities! Tonya has always been friendly, professional and happy to help in any given situation. It is nice to have a manager who cares and goes above and beyond the norm. Tonya, Thank you for managing this property the way you do! *note to paragon, I’m sure you’re not paying this top notch manager what she’s worth! Consider a pay raise! She is worth it.
I wanted to say I have enjoyed speaking with Tiffany of Prentis Pointe. She has been so nice in helping me get an apartment. She keeps me to date on everything. I greatly appreciate all of her help.

things are great
I have nothing but great things to say about the office staff at Three Oaks Apartments. Kudos to Josh and Paige they have been nothing short of pleasant and accommodating. Paige is very professional and quite the problem solver in helping me select my future home. I just can't believe the incredible customer service here. I went in with a lot of doubt and apprehension, but she made it such a comfortable experience. I would recommend this community to everyone! I am looking forward to becoming a part of the Three Oaks Apartment community.

This is the END of the road and a very private location!
Quiet, clean, and friendly place to live. Asylum Lake Preserve is a short walk, and the surrounding campus is a wonderful environment of trees, a lovely marsh, and lots of birds. Residents range from students to retirees which makes for a great community. Maintenance request, and other concerns are responded to quickly with great communication from managers and staff.

Originally got approved for a 1 bedroom but ended up deciding to go for a 2 bedroom instead with a buddy of mine "alexis" was super heplful in changing the details to a 2 bedroom and getting me and my friend approved very quickly after applying
My husband and I moved here the year 2015. My husband is retired our children are all grown. We have four grand kids soon to be five. We love living here. It just gets better and better! We call this our condo not our apt. Lol. There is never any noise in our building. No traffic of folks coming in or going out. Your neighbors speak. Whenever we had a maintenance problem which was rare they will come right out and handle the issue the staff is wonderful nothing has changed they treat you like family. I love the scenery flowers the birds the landscape is beautiful it's so clean and peaceful here. I love that they have events for family and friends. My grandkids love to come their events. Hotdogs popcorn all kinds of snacks and games for the kids along with the blow up bounce's raffles... Folks have acutally won tv's and if you have a pet they have something for pets too! This is really a good place to live. Wonderful location shopping center ,mall. Cvs right here at us which is great for us to pick up our prescriptions. There's Restaurants and a Park near by. I also love that they have security on patrol at night. I also like sitting out on my patio and watching the birds in the morning. its so quiet and peaceful. Or I can sit by the pool or have a picnic with my family. I remember when my grandsons were around three or four we would go on nature walks ... I called it nature walks they would see the birds and squirrels . We even saw a little rabbit! they learned to count by counting the trees. After the walk it was time for lunch and a nap for all of us. lol when their that young you gotta have have something for them to do It really is beautiful here. Another one of my reasons for living here is before we sold our home my husband was mr. Fix it well that never worked out so good. I remember when I asked him to put up a medicine cabinet in the bathroom I don't know how he put a nail straight into the other wall?? this is such a nice place to live

I am divorced and I’m on a fixed income and looking for a place to live, I have been all over Macomb and I have not been impressed or have been taken seriously as I have by Bree Powers at Lakeside Village. I have been approved and I am on the waiting list, after all of Bree’s help I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. She explained everything thoroughly and was very professional as well as compassionate and understanding. I am looking forward into joining the Lakeside community and I am forever grateful to Bree for all her help.
Megan Armon and friends do an awesome job!

I had a great time at Dover Hills Apartment No noise No music especially security 100% free parking parcel service very honest staff very kind their prices very normal
The apartments here are very nice. However, there has been multiple times where I have came home and smelled weed in the building. And the other night both mine and my roommates cars where broken into. Other than that the staff is great. Matenence is always super quick to respond. The property is well taken care of and the weight room is nice. It's just lacking on the security.

Overall, apartment is nice. However, heat is loud in bedroom, fridge style is out-of-date, floors are uneven, and there is no additional storage space/locker.
We are longtime tenants and never have seen the elevator situation this bad or so poorly handled. We are pregnant and need to be able to trust the elevators will work - especially this close to the due date. My wife had to wait downstairs for 20 minutes and I had to take the stairs 3 times on Saturday alone. I have been in contact with Brionna, our PM, but have seen about 0% in terms of progress or assurance that we can have an operational elevator. Figure it out! Hire an elevator attendant until you fix the issue.

I've lived at 35W for more than 4 years. PROs Great location Modern & well maintained Responsive service staff CONs It's SO LOUD. While I rarely hear other tenants, the work at the Bedrock construction site is torture at times. It's a major inconvenience for those that WFH and Bedrock raises rents instead of insisting they not start work until 8am or giving tenants a break on increases. There is zero bike storage and you cannot use another Bedrock building. You will have a very hard time fitting your bike in the tiny elevator. Speaking of which - they modified the elevator after I moved in. Be very careful before assuming your furniture will fit. I wanted to move a couch out of my place and it's not very bulky. We had to carry it down 9 flights of stairs.
I absolutely love living at 35W. The building is very well designed and maintained and I feel safe here. The staff is on their game and very kind. I love the Capitol Park location. However, it is LOUD beyond belief. It's not just the garbage pick ups super early in the morning - the constant beeping that comes from the truck or the dumpsters that get dropped loudly one after another - often around 6AM. Lately, it's the unbearably loud motorcycles and loud music coming from vehicles speeding up and down Woodward and on weekends it can last until or after midnight. It's also the construction which I'll forgive since it's great to see the city being rebuilt. But I've been listening to a loud, piercing, high pitched beep out my window for an hour so far. Other cities like Boston enforce noise ordinances. If Detroit wants to attract residents it will need the funds to do so. I'd rather not keep my windows shut all summer but it's coming to that point. Still, if you're willing to put up with the noise and want to live in the great city of Detroit, I'd highly recommend checking out 35W.

As of right now, i have no complaintz. Its a great location, its quite, and its clean. The loft brick wall, high ceilings and large windows looking out at the Detroit River is unmatched. When the park is complete it will be the best view.
