I moved into Quantum Apartments a couple of months ago, and it's been very nice. The building has everything you need and more. It is conveniently located near so many good spots to enjoy outings and restaurants but at the same time not noisy or crowded. The staff is nice and excellent problem solvers, the building is also beautiful and in pristine condition. Located in the heart of Fort Lauderdale security is a must and they take it very seriously. Also, Quantum residents have access to great pop up events, such as wine glass painting and random pizza parties. Neighbors are nice and respectful. Such a great place to live.
We've lived here for 6 months, I really have no complaints! I was a little worried after reading the Google reviews, but I have had an overall positive experience. Maintenance is AMAZING and so fast, my unit is so spacious, and I never hear any noise from neighbors or even the rooftop pool/bar right across the street. The area is so beautiful and clean, it's perfect for young professionals. My only complaint is that the staff could be a little more friendly and accommodating.

Living here is fantastic. It's quiet and relaxing. The maintenance is absolutely great. When you call, they come quickly. Living in Westgate is amazing comparing to other places. The whole team of workers are really great people. They all work together as one family.

Im going on my 2nd year at Fairways of Inverrary and I love it here. Beautiful place, spacious and stuff is fixed quick. It the best place I’ve lived!
Fairways of Inverrary is a beautiful place. The office staff is so nice and helpful. Any issue that may arrise in your unit is held promptly. Best place ive ever stayed!
