Elevators and guest parking can be improved

The elevator issue is very annoying, and it seems to be the norm. This is an inconvenience for all residents in which the property is not giving any incentives for us to stay. Also, when we moved, we were told that the guest parking was $5 per day and that changed all of a sudden without giving us another alternative besides pay for full parking fee. The guest parking is what made us decide to live here and with that gone, there is no extra motivation or benefit
