I cancelled my lease application within the 48 hours, they said they would send a check with my $500 deposit but never sent tracking number or information regarding to it. They stole that money!

It has been good here. Maintaining amenities have been very much a issue. Gym has improved drastically, however hot tubs haven't really worked. A huge part of living here. Recently the owners have been causing a bit of chaos with receiving deliveries as they shut down the entire roundabout just for them, instead of parking in the parking garage we all park at and suppose to trust. Parking is a bit frustrating to be so expensive for guests. As a person who doesn't have a car, but do have visitors, the fact I can't get a parking spot to use for anything is frustrating. Making the ability to have guests difficult. A home should be a bit more comfortable in having people over. I think advancement in security and cameras has been nice. Community events has been nice to try and bring people together. The sharing of our community's businesses has been nice as well. Very much appreciative of such. I think the package concierge has been hit or miss. Its aggravating to have nothing that seems to be consistent or the rule. With IDs. The technology should have a pic of the residents connected to that apt so that things aren't always required. Luckily they accepting pics of ID. It's frustrating the Carson App is advertised, yet doesnt always work. Tough I understand, but seems the answer to everything is just carry more things. Always on the resident to adapt rather then maintenance and the building finding proper solutions. Still dont know the purpose of the bumpy lawn... does anyone really?
