The staff has no respect or concern for the tenant's well being, nor a desire to keep the property in a clean safe operating order. The Pearl has 350 units and 26 guest parking spots . When mentioned to management, that my guests continuously get tickets when visiting, they told me to park on the street. Well if they knew anything about the building they managed, they would know parking is also restricted not only by limited spaces but by time as well. I WILL MAKE THIS VERY CLEAR I DID NOT ASKE FOR ANYTHING FOR FREE.... I offered to pay for one of the vacant parking spots and was blatantly told NO! Is it to much have guests visit without receiving a ticket? Clearly to the staff at the Pearl it is. In addition the amamties are run down. There is a leak in the ceiling in the gym from the beginning of the year when we had a record down pour. It has been brought to Management's attention multiple times and the staff has done nothing as usual. I cant hel pbut wonder is tenants are breathing in harmful mold when they go to exercise... The time has now come to bring many unmentioned issues above to outside prosper local authorities we will see how lazy they remain when they receive multiple fines for or lawsuits for Culpable negligence and much more.
