Pet limit 2 allowed. Cats & Dogs Welcome. No Aggressive Breeds. Cats and dogs are welcome. All pets must be approved by petscreening.com and by management prior to lease signing. The weight limit is 75 pounds combined. The non-refundable pet fee is $500 per pet and a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet. The Arcadian utilizes Get100, a fraud prevention system in partnership with CLEAR® to screen all rental applications. This includes digital identity verification and AI-powered technology to authenticate supporting documents. Submitting a rental application or any documents-such as pay stubs, bank statements, identification, or other personal records-on behalf of another person without legal authorization constitutes a violation of state and federal law. We actively cooperate with local, state, and federal authorities to report and prosecute all instances of identity fraud. Selecting a lease term for The Arcadian that is less than 12 months may be subject to short term lease premiums that are not displayed in the online lease term selection/application process .
