My husband and myself love living here. it is a bit older of a property, but they have renovated it quite a bit. The plumbing isn't great and the water pressure could be better. I also think the closet sliding doors could be replaced. but everything is great for the rent price per month. its a very hands off property if that's what you desire, but has social aspect6s to join as well.

Staying at Lakepointe so far has been pretty good. No complains, everytime we need repairs or anything, the staff reponded in no time and fixes whatever is needed. Every staff from office to maintenance are all friendly and approachable. The place itself is beautiful, clean, quiet and we love the ammenities.
