If you really care about what you're placing in storage and want to protect against theft, water and critters, there is no place better than Lincoln Ave. Self Storage. Meticulously clean, well lit, extremely well managed by Doug who does not miss a single detail or opportunity to bless his clients. The rolling carts are plentiful and kept in good repair and make for convenient and easy transfers. A word about the homeless folks that live in the nearby area. Doug has gone above and beyond to reach out to them, treat them with dignity and respect and help them to be good neighbors of Lincoln Ave. Self Storage. There is no adversarial relationship with them whatsoever, just kindness with clear boundaries so customers can feel safe and we can all coexist peacefully. Lincoln Ave Self Storage was nearby, and Doug was incredibly helpful in getting us set up in the short window of time we had. We always felt safe and completely secure when loading, unloading, and making trips to the storage facility. It’s clean, well-lit, and easily accessible, with clean bathrooms (a definite plus!) I had the best experience at Lincoln Ave Storage and can't recommend them enough. Doug helped me when I decided to downsize after 1 month and let me leave anything I didn't need in the old storage. He had someone pick it up which helped me so much so I didn't have to lug loads to goodwill etc. I stayed for over 2 years and the place is very well kept. The hours are 7 - 7 everyday so it's a good window to access your belongings. When I was ready to leave Doug said I could have prorated rent if I needed more time and extended my hours so I could push and get it done the weekend I was ready to be out.
