I know none of you is responsible and your fielding the difficulty I am experiencing but the noise starts extremely early and it is loud. It’s Summer and I have to keep the windows closed??. Walking across the street and not being able to park on my own property due to wanting 100.00 off because I am not getting what I actually signed up for doesn’t seem fair and reasonable. It makes me feel disappointed. I should be able to get 100.00 off my rent and be able to park on my property so I feel safe at least, for all the inconvenience going forward for a long summer. The apartments are spacious and very beautiful. My favorite part of these units is the spacious balconies they provide us (I have 5 patio chairs outside, and still can squeeze one more in if I wanted to, without it looking crowded). I enjoy reading my book and drinking my coffee. There's great sunlight during the summer, too. Some cleaners clean the hallways in the mornings. The kitchens are beautiful, and there are parks, so many stores, and an elementary school right next to us. So you don't have to waste all that gas going to places far out!

One of my favorite features is the solid construction—thanks to the thick walls, I never hear any noise from my neighbors. At 1,500 square feet, this is by far the largest apartment I’ve found in the area, and with two full bathrooms, it’s hard to find anything comparable. The amenities are also a great perk, including a party room that’s free to reserve and a well-equipped exercise room that’s open 24/7. Since I recently purchased a house and will be moving out soon, I appreciate how helpful the management has been in working with me, despite having just renewed my lease. Overall, I highly recommend Joppa 2 to anyone looking for a comfortable and spacious living space.
