I've been living here for more than 3 years. The staff and maintenance crew are quick to respond. There is a great bus system. The laundry mat is next to the apartment and across the street. You can sometimes hear people yelling or blasting loud music at night.

Visitor parking could be better. They just added more spaces in early May. I've been living here since 2017 but I have a private parking space. Visitation roles could be better as well as far as parking goes

I love living in Waterchase Apts. I have lived here since Feb. 2017. I will continue to live here until I am forced to move out. This is a very convenient and accessible location and also the cheapest apts in the surrounding areas. Rent is affordable and reasonable. No known violence, burglaries, thefts etc. My sister lives here also and loves it here as well. The only complaint I have is about the visitor parking. There should be more spaces allowed for visitors to park. Overall,I am a very satisfied tenant. **I world like to have updated appliances** **My dishwasher and refrigerator are both outdated. I would like to have a fridge with a handle on it rather than something that looks like an (icebox) **I would like to have an (updated) push button dishwasher rather than an old manual dial dishwasher. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Hopefully I will get a response soon.
