Nice clean place,

I just moved in here a month now, the Pros: Immaculate community, well maintained (although the pool hasn't been working for over two months currently), very friendly personnel, and willing to always help, friendly neighbors. The cons: if you live facing Interstate Highway 20 as I am, then you will have to face the constant noise of the traffic, especially eighteen-wheelers that are 24/7 passing by . Even with all windows locked you still hear it. So you'll have to cope with that as there's not much to do about it unless the management changes the glasses of all the building units facing the highway lol! Also, there were many little details that we encounter in our unit that needs repair, and that has not been taken care of yet. I would say it's not the management's fault but more the corporate responsibility, as I can't understand how in the world there's only one gentleman bearing all the weight of the maintenance of all 100 units or so. Overall we are very glad and looking forward to having a good quality of life for the next few years.
