Maintenance isn’t very efficient. Some gunshots now and then. The rent keeps going up each year, which isnt good when youre on a fixed income. The place is kept clean.

I have been here less than a week, and im allready having issues. 1.my move in date was set for 5/ 17 i wasnt informed untile i walked in with my final money order that my move in has been pushed to wensday the 21st 2. My bathroom hasnt been able to be used cause the toilet wouldnt flush A/C wasnt working and ive been in the heat since i moved in 3. My microwave was removed once i tryed to use it and it just stoped working almost immediately, it was removed the day after i moved in and it hasnt been replaced. 4. I come home today and my A/C was repaired,but a notice was left for an outstanding balance of $25 bucks that was printed up on the 27th and today is the 28th i wasnt notified the day of nore had i gottin a call from the office informing me of a balance i havent evan been in the appartment 2 hole weeks. I am the most easiest person to work with and i dont like to bash a beuisness for short comings cause this is life, how ever i would appreciate a little more effort from the staff side on accuratly informing me of money owed and what all i am paying for
