apartment good.

I have lived here for almost 3 years and have yet to know, other than two neighbors who introduced themselves, their names. I love the location and the fact that their is security. I am still getting used to an apartment after living in a house with a front porch and a balcony for most of my adult life. I really don't have any complaints other than maintenance being a slight bit slow sometime.

Nice place!

I have lived in this community two years now. Although some of the neighbors are not as friendly as I am used ,living in my old community, there are some that are extremely nice and helpful. I've had only one experience with maintenance that left me somewhat troubled in the two years living here. That has since been taken care of. I do have a problem with tenants that have dogs and instead of taking their dogs on a walk to do their business, they take them outside in the grass directly below your windows. That odor will not be pleasing when the weather changes. All in all, I really like our place. It's exactly what is needed, the location could not be better being close to transportation and other places and it's clean!

Very Safe and Clean Environment

I love living in these places , very safe environment to raise a child with very good amenities! Maintenance comes right away when i’m having an issue within my household to fix whatever i need fixed. Lovely staff that works at the rent office! Everyone one here is nice and friendly .
