- We love our pet residents! All pets must be registered with management and a pet addendum completed at lease signing. Resident agrees to a onetime $250 pet fee per animal and a $30 pet rent per month for each pet and agrees to follow the terms and conditions presented in the Pet Addendum. The following breeds are prohibited, Pitt Bull, German Shepard, Doberman Pincher, Chow and Rottweiler. We only allow cats and dogs. Walnut Capital reserves the right to add and/or delete to this list at any time. We allow both cats and dogs and have a weight restriction of 100 pounds per animal. There is a two-limit pet per apartment home.

What others love about this property:
Great location, great amenities, disappointing noise
I've lived here for about a year. I have loved my apartment, the building, and the many amenities. One major complaint is the noise- I can hear all of my neighbors, despite being assured on my tour that this is generally not a problem. I can hear my neighbor next door whenever he has friends over, plays music/tv, laughs, etc. I can hear every step from the person upstairs, as well as other things like singing, etc. I would expect this in cheaper apartments but have been so disappointed by this problem in such an expensive apartment.
Overall satisfying experience
I've been living here for 9 months now. Maintenance is very fast in responding. Noise level is moderate and can be easily fixed with ear plugs. Amenities are great, especially the gyms. The apartment is also very dog friendly, with free poop bags along the paths. There's even a turf area for dog relief. There are also free bagels every Saturday morning.
Low Transparency in Communicating Maintenance Status
My washer was fixed for three times and it was not until the third time that the maintenance staff let me know the true situation and that my problem can't be fixed easily. My AC was fixed twice and now it still doesn't produce cold. I'm seriously affected by the heat of the room and can't stand staying in my unit. Hire more competent maintenance staff please. I'm paying such a lot of rent to be roasted on an early autumn day.
