We love our pet residents! All pets must be registered with management and a pet addendum completed at lease signing. Resident agrees to a onetime $250 pet fee per animal and a $30 pet rent per month for each pet and agrees to follow the terms and conditions presented in the Pet Addendum. The following breeds are prohibited, Pitt Bull, German Shepard, Doberman Pincher, Chow and Rottweiler. We only allow cats and dogs. Walnut Capital reserves the right to add and/or delete to this list at any time. We allow both cats and dogs and have a weight restriction of 100 pounds per animal. There is a two-limit pet per apartment home.

I have been pleased with this facility in many wats: its staff at all functionality levels; the amenities; parking options, variable apartment designs. Of note the rent has increased esch of my years here. Love the lication: access to park with playgroundand water area, nearby restaurants and shopping snd churches.

I really appreciate the location, the responsiveness of the maintenance crew—they're always so timely—and the overall amenities offered here. However, I’ve noticed that the gym equipment is starting to feel a bit dated. In particular, the treadmills in the Blue Building often seem to be out of order, with only two out of four typically working. Additionally, while I can see the effort behind the hand-painted art on each floor (by Alyssa Holt, I believe), the style comes across as a bit childish and doesn’t quite align with the otherwise professional atmosphere of the buildings.

Bakery Living is the best apartment I've stayed in the Pittsburgh with quick responding staff, good amenities, and the good gym.
