So far not so good

The staff has recently been turned over and while they are very nice, they appear to be stretched too thin. A new building was acquired, and they have yet to deal with issues in existing buildings. Been in two weeks and have had multiple issues including stolen package and maintenance requests that can't be addressed because of lack of staff. We've rented multiple apartments in MD, DC and Pittsburgh for our kids for college, and so far, this has been the most disappointing. The actual space of the apartments is very spacious, parking is convenient, balcony units have a very large balcony with room for dining and seating, appliances could use an upgrade, but overall unit is ok. The problem lies in the general areas, garbage piles up in shoot, packages are not secured, and we've already had one go missing, general space is warm and haven't received clarification if that will have ac for warmer months, and most importantly, their staff does not seem to have the time to address the issues. It's only been two weeks, and we hope that as the staff settles in and new people are hired, that things will improve.

Great place to live

Great location! Many great places within walking distance whether for dining, a night out, taking your dog to the park, or exercising. The apartments are in great condition and the staff is always available when needed. Having a connected garage is a definite asset.
