I have loved living here and really have no complaints. The amenities, like gym and pool, are the best part! I just wish the parking was a bit cheaper

I love this building! It’s beautiful and has several amenity spaces and nice get togethers for residents. Only downside is smokers or perhaps the younger residents that maybe have not learned to live amongst and respect neighbors in what should be a home not a dorm. Unfortunate that the lease cannot be truly enforced and there is a revolving door of management and maintenance people who seem really to have their own best interests only as a priority. And I’m sure there will be a response that they have investigated this however, it still continues. Otherwise, this is an iconic building and love it so much I live with the uncomfortableness of closet smokers.

I love living here at Kaufmann's! The staff is amazing, I love the rooftop pool in the summer, and I love all of the events that they host. I have made so many great friends living here and I would recommend it to anyone!

I just had to return to in person work and this apartment is nearly across the street. The leasing process was simple and the concession was good. You can reserve a time to move in so you aren't on the street. Would recommend.
