Parking is provided in both underground and surface parking facilities. Units feature granite countertops, Energy Star appliances, and 9' ceilings with large windows, among other desirable amenities. Casa Salazar Senior Housing is the ideal place to call home. Casa Salazar is also a registered Platinum LEED for Homes project. LEED stands for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design. It is a building and operations rating system that provides a framework for identifying and implementing practical and measurable sustainable building design, construction, operations, and maintenance solutions. LEED is administered by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), a 501(c)(3) non-profit that works to promote buildings and communities that are environmentally responsible, profitable, and healthy places to live and work. LEED certification provides independent, third-party verification that a building was designed and built using strategies aimed at achieving high performance in key areas of human and environmental health.
