This housing community is a real blessing from the value and the homes that are well maintained..it is so nice to see the children riding bikes and skate boards and enjoying life.

I have lived here for over 8 years. It has been a wonderful experience raising my children in this neighborhood. It's mostly other families with kids, its safe, and the staff is attentive and responds quickly to any worries/needs. I have no plans to. leave any time soon. It's a very family friendly neighborhood!

I have lived here in Stonebrook for a year so far in this current home, and 3 or 4 in the last house. The area is very quiet, and safe. The Manager answers and replies to messages in a timely manner and works with your needs within reason. Maintenance fixes everything efficiently, and is courteous. The house stays rather warm in the winter so the heat isn't constantly going, and the AC in the summer keeps it cool with a low bill. I have no complaints what so ever.
