I am enjoying living here. One suggestion would be to replace apartment numbers for last entrance to 4701 building.

Very Good Area, Clean & Spacious Apartments

This apartment is fantastic, I have a such open space on the third floor. I can drink a nice cup of coffee on the balcony in the mornings and have the most punctual maintenance staff when issues arise. No complaints since living here.

Clean, quiet, affordable

I truly enjoy living here. It is quiet, clean, and affordable. The apartments are good distance away from everything, but still close enough to where is is not a hassle to go somewhere. The office staff is always friendly and works with you through any issue. Parking is always easy to find near your unit. Amenities are kept clean and tidy.

Daniel Mironiuk's Parc at Bentonville Review

The Parc at Bentonville is a clean and aesthetically looking apartment complex with granite countertops, large bathtubs, patios, walk-in closets, and lightning-fast responses from maintenance workers. The complex is on the edge of Bentonville so you don't have to deal with seeing the insane traffic and you can see nature to the south. The staff is friendly and accommodating, they cater to your questions/needs. Also, they aggregate all utilities other than electricity so you don't have to juggle all those expenses separately which is paid through RentCafe and it's very easy to navigate in order to pay your bills. Overall, I have been here for 2 months and this place has exceeded my expectations.
