Units were not remodeled as I was told they were. New floor does not mean remodeled. Cheap appliances. Too many random fees on top of rent and utilities. Not worth the high price. At least with Lindsey you know what to expect. This one puts up a good face but doesn't deliver long term.

Price is way too high for the shoddy quality. Was told units were remodeled and it's anything but that. The floors and some of the fixtures are new. Appliances are cheapest of the cheap. Unit was not cleaned after the last tenant and it was FILTY. Nickel and dimed on fees and random subscriptions as well. You pay separately for pest control, maintenance, some utilities, service fees, their insurance, and other random fees. Other than utilities, all of this should just be included in the rent. It's ridiculous.
