Unprofessional with favoritism

We have lived here for many years now, and have never gotten any of our issues resolved- our tub was “resurfaced” before we moved in only for it to chip away after every use. Our carpet was never cleaned nor repaired/replaced before moving in, and Lerrina has avoided directly helping or contacting us since the day we moved in, and has deliberately ignored/avoided us with all of our concerns for said issues stated above. We all notice how she prefers to help/cover for other residents and throws us all to the side and gives us attitude or a hard time the recent times we have had the misfortune to deal with her directly. She constantly changes how to put in work orders the times we had dealt with her directly and puts the blame on the assiatants or maintenance. Someone also tried to open our bedroom window (we have it locked/barred up) and she has directly said that she does not care.. we do everything we can to be patient and understanding, as well as take the best care pf our home despite the issues never getting fixed; but Lerrina is unpleasant/unkind every time we have put in work orders or emailed her for help or concerns when she said we needed to come to her first.. this is very unfortunate and makes living here uncomfortable and undesirable
