Great View, Strange Policies

The Good: Great views, location, and maintenance staff. The Bad: The recent staff has been friendly but, at times, difficult to get a response from via email. We average 2 false claims by the rotating staff per year, typically lost documents on their end (been here 3+ years). This year we were switched within our annual agreement on a false claim that we never signed a lease renewal and it was an error on their part not to update our account. They then switched us to month-to-month at a much higher rate even though we had a physical copy lease agreement. Luckily I sent a photo copy and email with the renewed agreement (sent 2023). As of today, we are still waiting for any response on correcting the overcharge and early violation of our agreed upon annual renewal.

Do your own landscaping.

My neighbors and I have to do our landscaping. If you live against the woods in the back, know they do not and will not take care of the landscaping. Right out the back door on the patio, you have to pull your weeds/ purn the trees/cut back the blackberries that take over your back door and patio. They do have sprinklers and use them. They have decorative plants that have sprouts 6 feet high. They won't maintain them. I have asked Corporate, and they state it is not the budget. They never take care of the back of the buildings. Ask for yourself!
