I like dogs. And I’m sorry to say this but poorly trained dogs barking loudly and without cause are indicative of a poorly considerate and untrained dog owner. No dog needs to be labeled as a loud barking untrained pet. Sorry dear neighbors but it’s the human owner that should seek help with their loud barking maybe unpredictable dog. Can anyone help ? Our pets and their masters need instructions in better dog and master behavior. Happy dogs loved by there master and friends to all our neighbors in our apartment complex should be the goal for any pet owner.
