Everything is good except the fact people smoke weed here and it is uncomfortable

So far living 3 months here its been very peaceful, staff is very communicative. The cost is a bit high but is worth it for the quality of living ??

Maintenance team a little on slow slide, main road can be noisy on weekends with pedestrians and occasional train passing through. Otherwise nice modern spacious apartment in middle of downtown Renton within walking distance to transit, shopping and entertainment. Also pet friendly.

We love this place. It is very quiet, considering the downtown Renton area. We feel safe and comfortable. It is within very convenient walking distance of great restaurants, bars and coffee cafes. Grocery is only 0.3 mi away. Renton transit center is right nearby, which is very convenient when you want to see Mariners or Seahawks games in Seattle (only if you don't want to drive there and pay for expensive parking near the stadium). The maintenance team is very quick to respond and reliable. We have no complaints so far. Moving forward to extend another year!
