I've lived here for a few years and it's been alright. The price is going up roughly 20% a year though which is debilitating

My fav Apartment ?

I love the Lacroix of my unit. It's s convenient place to live for shopping and health care. I wish the amenities were better. pecially the use of the pool. Making ppl accountable for their actions and their parties instead of making the whole property pay the consequences. And/or getting a trash pick up service would be a nice addition to the amenities. With Confidentiality laws and rules you would think that notices would no longer be acceptable to be placed on ur door unless it was a final notice. Email works! But I adore the staff!?

Not what I expected

i've only been here less than a month but I have to fight to find parking every day and it seems like most of the residents have multiple cars which is not cool. my mailbox was full of old mail from the last tenant so I was unable to get a package , i've been blocked in by a maintenance truck before and there's one exit for the parking lot . my hot water doesn't last 10 minutes and if I take a shower I can't wash dishes for 20 minutes . my fridge is broken and has not been fixed and I feel like it was wrong of them to have me sign a lease for an apartment I wasn't able to view because it was being " fixed " but it's not . there's also paint splatters and a space between the floor and the wall that you can easily lose things in . I unfortunately work full time and was commuting from an hour away so I didn't notice these things at first . my neighbors above are very loud very early & the hallway seems to have stained carpets . inside my apartment overall is nice but kinda expensive for what's offered . amenity wise there's not a real gym , it's 3 machines in the mail room .
