Expensive but Decent

We have lived here for just over a year. We were disappointed that our rent does not even include one parking spot, we have to pay for parking. The rent was raised $478 a month after the first year which is VERY high. The gym and pool area are nice features. The bathrooms were updated but they did not change out the bathtubs they just painted them and the paint is chipping and tubs are hard to get clean.

Good progress made

Good changes made in recent year, I like the play area being updated for the younger kids to be supervised with parents watching.

Kitchens are my favorite feature

The parking is not the best. Should include a free space with rent paid. Kitchen is beautiful but bathrooms could use work in the tub area. The pool and fitness center is very nice to have.
