Overall, The Echo apartments are great!
I've lived here just under a year and so far, I have no complaints. Neighbors are very friendly, and I love the amenities with my favorite being the gym :)
No regrets!
I really like the area. Its quiet, ppl are friendly. Safe area for kids to play. The staff in the leasing off and maintenance are amazing and nice.
Good staff, road is loud at night.
I'm in my second year here at Echo Mountain. They maintain the property well year-round. Snow doesn't pile up and although valet trash sometimes misses our waste, they get it 9 times out of 10. The cars that go by the road bordering echo mountain can sometimes be quire loud, but that's not a nightly occurrence. I also really appreciate having garage space while living here. Overall, this place is nice.
Too much!
There is never any place to park and your car is vandalize when you leave it out throughout the night. The kids have no supervision, they are out past midnight being very loud, completely disrespectful. The kids also have access to the pool area, which when you are trying to enjoy swimming or exercising, they are running in and out.
