The Preserve is combination of reasonably priced, well maintained, well located and staffed by friendly people. I won't claim everything is perfect, the buildings are getting a little older, but I'd recommend it to those looking to live in Renton.

The only complaint I have is with the manager Jessica and us not being able to effectively communicate. She still has not been able to give me my refund for electricity that I paid for and the charge keeps occurring with my monthly bill. I pay PSE direct for my electricity so I am being charged twice which is not fair. I brought this Jessica attention and she became very anger and frustrated with the situation and continues to tell me that she doesn’t have control over these things and doesn’t know what to do. I have been refunded once but I am still waiting for a large refund that I paid in Jan. And this month I see another charge for electricity which is the reason I am late paying my rent. I don’t believe things are accurate and Jessica just doesn’t seem to have the answers. If someone from upper management could please reach out to me I would appreciate it. I will be paying my bill today but not fair that I am being over charged for electricity. I still have not been refunded and no one seems to have the answer to my questions. Please let me know how this issue can be resolved. Thank you!
