Enjoyable Experience

I have lived here for approximately 3 months. One of the big factors for me to liking this place is that it's a gated community, it makes me feel safe. I enjoy the size of the apartment and height of ceilings. Maintenance is clearly understaffed, which makes work orders take longer than they need to. Also, the quality of work on the maintenance work orders is lacking. Overall, it is an enjoyable experience taking into account the safety, noise levels, neighbors, and amenities.

Premium everything

I have been here less than a year and the whole time the office and property staff have been topnotch. They are personable and responsive. Any questions and issues have been taken care of instantly. My unit was clean and complete when I moved in. And of course, the location can't be beat--great for traveling by road and air and walking for health!
