Best place to live
Great place to live. I enjoy my life coming home knowing mu surrounding are safe and clean. Maintenace and Staff are great.
Location is not as quiet and safe as I originally expected
Maintenance is slow and unwilling to keep the promise of the previous management Location doesn't feel safe with many late night folks hanging around the apartment Rent increase is everwhere but steeper than what I thought considering the surrounding environment
Like it fine
I have lived here since spring of 2015. The building is well-located for my needs. No problem with neighbors. Unit is reasonably warm in winter but can be uncomfortably warm in the hottest days, Parking is well worth the cost, though the entry door seems to get stuck open every few months. Common areas are clean and well-maintained. Issues of maintenance have been quickly responded to, and equipment replaced as needed. Sound insulation seems excellent, except for the north-facing window of the bedroom, which looks out on the rock, sand and gravel staging area for the Renton street project. Those guys are up and going by 7AM, while I am still trying to sleep. It has to be done. though.
